| Encroachment Permits Management System (EPMS) |
| Encroachment Permits Management System (EPMS) allow encroachment permits applicants to submit their requests online using any standard web browser. The EPMS validates the requests against embedded business rules and then deposit the information into EPMS central database. The system then notifies the encroachment permits engineer electronically of the presence of a new request. The system guides the permits engineer to admit and track the status of the permit request during its stages within the agency. |
