| VALTRANS’ staff has developed an incident capture system for the Orange County and the Riverside Transportation Management Center in California, USA. The system catalogs all incidents reported mainly by the Highway Patrol dispatch centers as well as other sources then classify these incidents according to their type and severity. The system also captures the duration of each incident along with all relevant details and then stores all this information in a database for future reporting and analysis. |
