Who are VALTRANS? |

VALTRANS, Al Habtoor Transportation Systems & Services is a team of experts branching out from an already existing reputable and successful business known as the Al Habtoor VALTRANS. VALTRANS’ mission is to deliver a superior and innovative valet service as stated by its founder and Managing Director Mr. Mansoor Khalifa Sultan Bin Habtoor.
We provide valet parking services at hotels, shopping malls, Dubai International Airport and over 100 events and functions annually. |

What is Valet Parking? |
| |
Valet parking is the most accessible, convenient and quickest way to have your car parked without the hassle and worry of having to find a parking space.
Basically, it’s the most ‘fancy’ way of parking your car, since you have the luxury of having someone else to do it for you. |

How does VALTRANS Operate? |
| |
Cars and customers that arrive in the Valet Receiving Areas are welcomed by our fully trained Valet Parking Attendants. We will open your car doors for your convenience and greet you in a friendly and genuine manner. You will be issued with a VALTRANS valet parking ticket which carries a serial number unique to each customer.
Assistance is provided as necessary for those with individual physical needs (wheelchairs, walker etc...). After your vehicle has been carefully parked in our special designated parking lot, the doors are locked and the keys are kept in a secure area attached to the unique ticket stub identifying your car. For security purposes, we will record your license plate, parking location, attendant’s initials, model & color of vehicle on the ticket stub. When you return to collect your vehicle we will endeavor to return it to you in the shortest time possible, so you can continue your journey with the minimum hassle. |

Advertising on VALTRANS valet parking tickets and at our Valet receiving counters is a cost effective method of communicating your important marketing and advertising messages to your customers. We are strategically located at Dubai International Airport which happens to be the U.A.E.’s busiest facility and is frequented by VIPs, prominent businessmen and high profile individuals from both the U.A.E. and further a field.
